The Clinton Substance Abuse Council is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position (40 hours/week) of Project Coordinator. 

The Project Coordinator leads community-based initiatives to reduce excessive alcohol misuse and prevent alcohol-related deaths through the Partnerships for Success to Prevent Alcohol Misuse grant. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Coordinate and support prevention strategies and coalition activities across Clinton County.

· Collaborate with schools, law enforcement, healthcare providers, and other partners to strengthen prevention efforts.

· Facilitate meetings, trainings, and public outreach events.

· Track and report program outcomes in alignment with grant objectives.

Qualifications:

 · Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Minimum of three years of related work experience.

· Must pass applicable background checks.

· Certified Prevention Specialist (CPS) credential preferred; willingness to obtain within 18 months of hire required.

· Reliable transportation for travel throughout Clinton County; occasional out-of-county travel required.

Position Details:

 This position offers a flexible schedule and autonomy to structure your week around community meetings, partner schedules, and program deliverables. Some evening or weekend work may be required.

This position is grant-funded, with continuation contingent upon available funding.

Compensation and Benefits: 

· $20/hour (full-time, 40 hours/week)

· $300/month QSEHRA health benefit
